Age 74 of Fridley died February 12, 2009. Preceded in death by parents, Oscar and Bella; 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Survived by loving wife of 55 years Nona; daughter, Lynn (Jim) Andrea; son, Doug (Katy); grandchildren, Johanna, Jenessa, Abbey, Jay, Nick and Jorgina; sisters, Olive Crabtree and Frances Haglund and other relatives. Byron was a devoted tool and die maker. Retired Twin Tool and Truth Hardware. What he loved most was spending time at his lake cabin in Luck, Wisconsin. Funeral service 11:00 AM Monday, February 16 at PRINCE OF PEACE LUTHERAN CHURCH 7700 Monroe St., NE, Spring Lake Park. Visitation 1-5 PM Sunday (TODAY) at HOLCOMB-HENRY-BOOM, 515 Hwy 96 at Mackubin, Shoreview (651-482-7606) and also one hour before the service at the church. Interment Luck Village Cemetery, Luck, WI.
